Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following our recipes and presentation standards, using techniques such as baking, roasting, frying, and grilling.
- Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients, manage stock rotation, and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Keep food preparation areas clean and organized to support seamless service periods.
- Collaborate with the culinary team during peak periods and assist with food prep and cleaning assignments as needed.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements during team meetings.
Requirements:
- Brief knowledge of culinary techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Excellent multitasking skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
