What You’ll Do
- Welcome & Connect: Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
- Manage Flow: Oversee the waitlist during peak times, ensuring accurate guest expectations and seamless coordination of seating.
- Set the Ambiance: Play a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s atmosphere and ensuring it aligns with our brand and guest expectations.
- Communicate & Lead: Maintain clear and constant communication with staff and managers to optimize service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve Issues: Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints or disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Provide Guidance: Assist guests with menu and beverage inquiries, showcasing your knowledge and passion for our offerings.
- Express Gratitude: Sincerely thank guests as they leave, inviting them to return and fostering loyalty.
- Support Operations: Complete opening and closing duties to prepare the restaurant for seamless service.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt and thrive in changing circumstances.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, including tactful conflict resolution.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire those around you.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift.
- A genuine passion for the food and hospitality industry, paired with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
