Drain Service Technician (Sewer Sales)

Rooter Ranger Plumbing & Drain Specialists located in Des Moines, Iowa, is looking for Drain Service Techs (Sewer Sales) for a full commission-based role with uncapped income potential.

We are seeking a Drain S Technician with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of successfully following and executing sales processes. The ideal candidate will have plumbing experience and mechanical aptitude. Your role will be pivotal in driving our sales and expanding our market presence across the nation.

Pay: Full commission with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and follow a structured sales process to achieve sales targets.
• Engage with customers to evaluate their needs and deliver solutions that align with our products and services.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Work collaboratively with the team to identify and seize market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Plumbing/drain install/service experience is a plus.
• Strong background in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to adhere strictly to a sales process.
• Mechanical aptitude is considered a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer bases.
