Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers to understand their plumbing needs and recommend appropriate services.
Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and businesses.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to close sales.
Educate customers on plumbing solutions, including repairs, installations, and maintenance plans.
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service agreements.
Collaborate with our plumbing team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay up to date on industry trends, plumbing products, and services.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience in plumbing, home services, or a related field is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, products, and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Hold a state-issued plumbing license, preferred
Working knowledge of various software programs including Service Titan
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
