Responsibilities
- Present options on every call and assist the customer in making the best decision for their home & family
- Explain/Educate customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level
- Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner
- Competent in all aspects of plumbing repair, including leak location, tankless water heaters, tank-type water heaters, plumbing fixtures, sewage pumps, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement Driving Solutions while on jobs
- Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment Troubleshoot service issues
