The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in the success of our operations team and must embody a positive, Can-Do attitude. Responsibilities:
- Creating a positive and memorable customer experience by using empathy, active listening, and charisma to effectively gather customer information and address their needs
- Managing challenging customer interactions with professionalism, patience, and composure, ensuring that all communications—both internal and external—promote a positive image of our company.
- Receive inbound calls from customers and schedule Septic, Plumbing and Restoration Services
- Promptly review and respond to all marketing channel notifications and inquiries
- Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording account information in ServiceTitan software
- Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create purchase orders
- Receive customer payments
- General office administrative duties

- Have familiarity with the Metro Atlanta area.
- Be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Consistently arrive on time and be dependable.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
