Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and ensure that they are accurately captured and communicated.
- Support the testing of new systems or changes to existing systems to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
