Job Summary :
ROOTS Academy is seeking dedicated Piano and / or Voice Mentors who are passionate about teaching and mentoring students to reach their full potential. As a Mentor at ROOTS, you will guide students in developing their musical abilities, from foundational techniques to advanced performance skills, while also fostering personal growth both in and outside the studio. We are looking for individuals who are committed to long-term teaching and eager to contribute to our vibrant music community. If you are enthusiastic about helping students excel in piano and voice, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Instruct students in instrumental techniques, scales, sight reading, and music theory.
- Guide students in preparing for auditions and live performances.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress, especially as most of our students are aged 7-17.
- Participate in bi-monthly staff meetings, quarterly recitals, and occasional staff training sessions.
Work Schedule :
Monday-Thursday : 2 : 00-8 : 30 pm
