Position Details:
We are seeking a motivated and confident associate dentist to join our team for 2-3 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong leadership skills and a commitment to high-quality dentistry. Our patient population includes individuals of all ages, with a significant focus on adult crown and bridge cases.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive dental services with a focus on patient-first care. Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
- Work collaboratively with a team of 3 hygienists, multiple assistants per doctor, and a fully staffed front office.
- Lead and contribute positively to the team environment, fostering a culture of professionalism and support.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
