General Purpose of Job:
The Project Manager’s purpose is to successfully guide projects through the project life-cycle, which consists of five phases: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. The project manager will navigate through the complex project challenges, achieve project objectives, and drive sustainable growth. By providing oversight and guidance, the project manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of projects and initiatives across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following statements reflect the general details necessary to describe the major functions of this position and are not intended to be a detailed description of all the work/functions that may be required. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reports to the Client Relationship Manager.
- Efficient allocation of resources for maximizing productivity and minimizing waste.
- Oversee resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor their implementation to minimize their impact on project success.
- Serves as a central point of contact, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress of projects against established goals and benchmarks.
- Maintains positive and trust-based relationships with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
- Ensures company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated to all team members.
- Assess, manage, and resolve problematic developments and situations as they arise.
- Build and enhance the company’s public profile at events, and speaking engagements, etc…
- Understand client needs and provide insight to business contracts and costs.
- Develop project schedules for regular reporting on project performance.
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
- Work in compliance with company standards and business guidelines.
- Develop account strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Assist in development of account budgets and timelines.
- Develop new business opportunities with potential and existing clients to achieve revenue goals.
- Provide outstanding service and ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
- Address customer concerns and queries within 48 hours.

Education and/ or Experience:
- Degree in business, operations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience
- 5 years technology experience and background
- Knowledge of digital technology, product engineering, and service delivery for effective communication with customers
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to excel in high-pressure situations
- Excellent organizational skills
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, of members of the business community.
- Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups etc…
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
