Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a specific focus on caring for infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children during their most formative years.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to infants in our program, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
- Create a warm and nurturing environment where infants can explore, learn, and develop important skills through age-appropriate activities and interactions.
- Follow established daily routines and schedules, including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime, to support infants' physical and emotional needs.
- Foster positive relationships with families, communicating regularly to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that promote growth and learning in all areas of development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment, ensuring the safety and hygiene of all materials and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with infants in a childcare or early education setting.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Certification in Infant CPR and First Aid required.
- Strong understanding of infant development and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with infants and young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
