```Responsibilities:```
- Provide hair styling, cutting, and coloring services
- Mentor and train junior cosmetologists
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look
- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Sanitize tools and equipment to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Offer hair extension services to clients looking for added length or volume (if certified and interested)
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients and scheduling appointments
- Promote retail sales of beauty products to enhance the client's at-home beauty routine
```Requirements:```
- Valid cosmetology license in the state of Connecticut
- In-depth knowledge of color theory and the latest trends in hair styling
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional client experiences
