Job Description: HR Recruitment
Location: Brooklyn, NY, 11213
Skills:
- Assist with the coordination of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Recruit early intervention and HCBS health care providers in the NY area
- Attend recruitment events and job fairs
- Utilize HR software systems to manage employee data
- Maintain documentation for compliance
- Verify required certification and licensing for prospective providers
- Coordinate salary negotiation requests
- Onboard staff and create/troubleshoot logins for all software
- Assist with media management for HR-related content
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with conflict management and resolution within the organization
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Human Resources/ Recruitment role or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using HR software systems preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with media platforms for business purposes
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
