Qualifications
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and event planning.
- Ability to travel to industry events and conferences on a monthly basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and website management.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn management and social media engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in the mental health or education sectors is a plus.
- A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategy to build brand awareness, support admissions, and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including educational consultants, mental health providers, and parents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, event coordination, and relationship-building, with a passion for promoting mental health resources and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly Marketing Meetings: Plan and manage weekly marketing meetings with the team to review ongoing projects, set priorities, and ensure alignment across all marketing efforts. Provide updates on key initiatives, track progress, and strategize for upcoming campaigns.
- Outreach & Relationship Building: Conduct ongoing outreach to new professional referral sources, while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing partners to drive growth and brand recognition.
- Event Planning & Attendance: Book, plan, and attend industry conferences and events on a monthly basis. Represent the company at key events, networking with potential referral sources and promoting our services.
- Collaborative Marketing Efforts: Work closely with the clinical team to develop marketing collateral that effectively communicates our services and initiatives, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all materials.
- Webinars & Online Events: Plan, promote, and host webinars every other month to engage with target audiences and share valuable content. Manage logistics, promotions, and speaker coordination for successful events.
- E-Blasts & Newsletters: Create, manage, and send monthly e-blasts to early childhood professionals (EC’s) and mental health professionals. Additionally, curate and distribute a monthly newsletter to parents and EC’s, highlighting relevant updates, resources, and news.
- Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and engaging. Work with the web team to improve the site's user experience and design.
- LinkedIn Management: Leverage LinkedIn to build brand presence, connect with professionals in the mental health and early childhood education sectors, and drive engagement. Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and network outreach.
- Marketing Collateral Management: Oversee the creation, management, and updating of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets. Ensure all materials reflect the brand’s messaging and are aligned with marketing strategies.
- Admissions Support: Provide continuous marketing support to the admissions department by developing strategies to drive inquiries and provide leads, while aligning marketing efforts with overall admissions goals.
Hours: Full Time- 40 hours per week. Remote work possible up to 2 days per week
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
