Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in ME, EE, or PE certification (or equivalent work experience)
- 5 years in high-volume manufacturing (preferably food/beverage industry)
- Expertise in engineering, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades
- Experience in project, process, and packaging engineering
- Capital budgeting & planning experience
- PSM experience for Ammonia Refrigeration Systems (preferred)
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years in ammonia refrigeration & maintenance
- CIRO Certification (or ability to obtain RETA CIRO Certification)
- Strong PSM knowledge & industrial refrigeration experience
- Proficiency in NEC, blueprints & engineering drawings
- Building maintenance, freezer doors, truck bay levelers experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs & work in extreme temperatures (-40 F to 110 F)
