Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Omnichannel Consultant to support the implementation of a cutting-edge Contact Center solution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud Omnichannel for case routing and integration with AWS Connect for seamless call handling.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Omnichannel for intelligent case routing
- Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with AWS Connect to enable voice call routing
- Configure routing rules, presence configurations, and queue management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, AWS engineers, and business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance of the integrated contact center solution
- Provide technical documentation and support training sessions
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Omnichannel configuration
- Hands-on experience with AWS Connect integration for voice/call routing
- Strong understanding of case management, automation, and queue-based routing
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
