Critical Reagents Analyst Job Description:
The Quality Control Critical Reagents Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Client Critical Reagents program for commercial products in the global network. This role involves managing reagent preparation, material inventory, generating technical documentation, and supplying materials to the global testing network.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage critical reagent acquisition, preparation, and distribution.
- Coordinate qualification testing with laboratory personnel.
- Utilize LIMS to document critical reagent activities and monitor testing status.
- Generate critical reagent trending graphs to monitor material stability and assay performance.
- Maintain critical reagent inventory and participate in supply demand forecasting.
- Author critical reagent technical documentation and perform data verification.
- Pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant laboratory experience (0-3 years).
- Excellent documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong quality service attitude and focus.
Preferred Skills:
- Quality management system experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (21CFR, USP, EP, ICH).
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Teams experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or Associate's degree with relevant experience.
