Entry Level Technician

Our Body Shop is looking for an entry level technician for light repair and disassembly/reassembly of customer’s vehicle’s in for repairs. The ideal candidate would have some previous mechanical or body experience and be able to provide basic hand tools needed to perform the job. Previous body experience is a plus but is not a requirement. We are willing to train candidates that are eager to learn and able to take direction.

Entry Level Technician Qualification

• Some technical or body experience is ideal but not required.
• Ability to finish jobs in a timely manner.
• Provide your own basic tools is ideal but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass drug test.
• Eager to learn a new trade and take direction from technicians in the shop.

Entry Level Technician Responsibilities

• Read estimate and disassemble areas outlined to be repaired
• Check parts against estimate.
• Prepare vehicle for body and repair work.
• Notify management of any additional damages found during disassembly.
• Maintaining tools and equipment in a proper state of repairs.
• Comply with law and regulations pertaining to hazardous waste materials.
• Take direction and assist body technicians when asked.

Experience:
