The Role :
The Quality Control Lab Analyst is an hourly non-exempt position located at the Gurnee plant in Gurnee Il. This position will work collaboratively with cross functional groups. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this position will be responsible for analytical support for RAI processes and products including analytical testing, review of product quality data, improvements for existing methodologies, and lab equipment troubleshooting. A successful candidate will be highly responsible, detail-oriented, motivated and a self-starter with a broad understanding of chemical analysis and microbiological techniques. In addition, this individual will possess the ability to effectively communicate and develop professional relationships with internal and external parties. This position requires individuals to be available for periodic off-hour coverage and every third weekend.
Compensation :
The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $28.00-$31.00 / hour. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
