The Role:
The North America Supply Planner role is primarily responsible for leading the short-term and
medium-term supply planning area to deliver the highest service to customers by: maximizing plant assets, adhering to SIOP processes and inventories, and optimizing inventories and costs.
The position will be onsite in Keokuk.
Compensation:
The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $78,700-$104,900. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You'll Do:
Within Functional area
- Create and update supply plans (production and distribution) at SKU/weekly horizon for North America region, considering manufacturing capacities, logistics and transport limitations, customer demand, inventory policy, alignment with regional SIOP, and raw material availabilities
- Identify and communicate potential bottlenecks and/or risks to supply and propose mitigation plans
- Identify and communicate potential business opportunities linked to underutilization which could impact the costs of supply
- Communicate plan results and alerts, with coordination with main stakeholders to agree on risk mitigation plans (liase with Manufacturing, PLM, Demand Planning, Supply Schedulers, Procurement, Finance, etc.)
- Establish and adhere to inventory policy by SKU/storage location and in line with regional SIOP, enabling the continuity of product availability to optimize free cash flow, align with business strategy, account for demand/supply volatilities, and account for lead times
- Monitor and analyze production KPI metrics, with focus on supply plan adherence, to identify root causes and implement improvements to supply assumptions, models, and processes
- Ensure data integrity within all tools and systems
- Act as leader for specific key initiatives to improve the team's results and efficiency, such as KPI improvement projects, process redesigns, data analysis, and optimization
- Provide analysis and recommendations in support of SKU rationalization processes
- Participate in any inventory cycle or full physical counts each year
Cross- Functional
- Ensure clear understanding, agreement, and communication of all plans
- Coordination of plan results and supply alerts with impacted groups to execute risk mitigation plan
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; Data Analytics or related degree
- 3-5 years Planning/Scheduling
- Understanding of product and process cost structures in making informed planning decisions
- Knowledge of corn we milling industry
- Strong oral and written communication
- Ability to work with different tools
- Demonstrated aptitude with math and statistics
- Strong problem solving, innovating and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- SAP and OMP experience preferred
