- Coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring the facilitation of timely completion
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve project goals
- Prepare documents, reports, and other materials as needed
- Maintain project documentation, records, and internal databases
- Facilitate communication among team members, vendors, and clients
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Perform other administrative duties as required
*Requirements*
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
