Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the accounting department, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, finalizing deals, warranty cancellations and general ledger management.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline accounting processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in accordance with established guidelines.
- Provide support to the management team by offering insights derived from accounting data.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in accounting software (DealerTrack) and MS Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams.
- A commitment to professional growth and staying informed about best practices in accounting.
- Previous accounting experience is essential, with a track record of reliability and effectiveness in similar roles.
