Job Title: Full-Time Parts Associate
Location: Lehighton Kia
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturdays Off)
Lehighton Kia is looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Parts Associate to join our team! If you have automotive parts knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and stock parts inventory accurately and efficiently
- Locate and provide parts to technicians in the service department
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts sales and inquiries
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe parts department
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy
- Work closely with service and sales departments to ensure timely parts availability
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Basic computer skills to manage inventory and process orders
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
