Role Overview
The Finance Manager at Dickson City Hyundai is responsible for presenting various finance and insurance options, including service contracts, GAP insurance, and tire protection, to our customers. This position requires a detail-oriented and compliance-focused approach to maximize dealership profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll utilize top-tier tools, including our DMS (Cox Automotive), CRM (VinSolutions), and Darwin for menu presentations, to streamline our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide transparent and accurate quotes for pricing, interest rates, financing options, and all related fees.
- Secure payment and manage credit authorizations.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and registration processes.
- Gather and submit all lender requirements for funding.
- Process finance applications promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain strong PVR and high product penetration rates.
- Step in to manage dealership operations in the General Manager’s absence.
Ensure compliance with all state and banking regulations. - Conduct trade-in appraisals and structure deals to maximize profitability.
- Use Cox Automotive DMS, VinSolutions CRM, and Darwin for efficient finance presentations.
- Complete all paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a proactive attitude to support dealership goals.
- Apply expertise in state and federal compliance, including red flag rules.

Work Schedule
Full-Time Position
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (1 weekday off); Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Sundays off.
Additional hours, including evenings and holidays, may be required as per dealership needs.

No travel required for this role.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Excel, Cox Automotive DMS, VinSolutions CRM, and Darwin menu presentations is a plus.
