The Para Educator plays a vital role in supporting the educational development of students, particularly those with special needs. This position involves working closely with teachers and students in a classroom setting, providing assistance in implementing curriculum and managing classroom behavior. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Support students with special education requirements, ensuring they receive appropriate guidance and assistance.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive classroom environment.
- Help develop and maintain engaging curriculum materials tailored to preschool and toddler care settings.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster collaboration and support student success.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding individual learning needs.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

Skills
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles, particularly in preschool settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students and educators.
- Familiarity with special education practices and strategies for supporting diverse learners.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and constructively.
- Experience in public school environments is a plus but not required.
This role is essential for creating an enriching educational experience for all students, ensuring they have the support necessary to thrive academically and socially.
