Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive café experience.
- Assist in food preparation, including cooking, assembling, and presenting menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café area, including dining spaces, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer orders and payments.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment for guests.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and preparation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while managing time effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures is essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and cleaning.
