Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining and nightlife environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies.
- Process orders accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems, ensuring timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to provide seamless service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced register.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of retail math to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and health regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques.
