What You'll Do
- Creating an all-around enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
- Welcoming and greeting customers when entering or leaving the store.
- Listening to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need.
- Assist customers with locating products; listen to customer questions and provide customer service.
- Meet and work with vendors monthly and maintain positive and productive relationships with them.
- Order natural living merchandise from approved vendors, collaborate with other stores on items needed.
- Verify billing and paperwork. Record delivery of merchandise, compare records, and report discrepancies.
- Order product weekly, make sure product is displayed, rotate and face daily.
- Inspect incoming products and follow stocking and product procedures.
- Develop display techniques for effective merchandising.
- Check on recalls; remove product and return as directed.
- Review department operating record and make adjustments to meet budget objectives.
- Follow corporate set financial goals and work within the budget.
- Lead and train department employees in their responsibilities; complete employee performance evaluations.
- Work together with the store management team.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Candidates must be 18 years or older
- Complete a pre-employment background check
