What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Relations Agent position at Roscioli NYC?
Roscioli NYC is seeking a hospitality-driven reservationist to work across four restaurants in a centralized reservations office located in SoHo.
We are looking for someone who is customer service driven, passionate about restaurants, and wants growth opportunities within restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have active critical thinking skills
- Be solutions oriented and an effective problem solver
- Have great communication skills
- Manage our general email inboxes for all reservations requests and all restaurant inquiries
- Send daily confirmation text messages and relay information to front door team
- Effectively communicate all of the restaurant concepts to be able to cross-sell experiences
- Manage additional class & event pages through Resy
- Be able to type ~65 words per minute for our email-based reservation system
- Be a strong writer with a sound grasp of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Be hospitality-driven, always willing to go the extra step for guests
- Have a courteous and friendly demeanor
- Have the ability to take direction and work in a team environment and to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Understand time management and be able to juggle email and text message communication with guests in addition to standard reporting, organizing, and occasional projects
- Have a comprehensive understanding of a reservation book and be able to maximize the book
- Work in tandem with the events team to manage event bookings in Resy
- This is a full time in person position
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience
- Experience with ResyOS
- Two professional references
Salary : $22 - $25
