Duties

- Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping protocols to maintain hygiene standards in accordance with hospitality regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory.
