- Administer and document medications, treatments, and other nursing services
- Maintain accurate records of resident conditions and provide updates to the nursing team and medical provider as needed
- Assist in the orientation of new staff and maintain competency in all tasks required by CMS
- Communicate effectively with the nursing team and medical provider to ensure high-quality patient care
