Job Description
Pullet Farm Labor Team Members are responsible for the care and well-being of our pullets. Their duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring the birds have constant access to feed and water, cleaning the barns, monitoring lighting, temperature and air quality, and enforcing pest management procedures. They must also be able to work with live animals, lift up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally, and stand for 8-12 hours per day.

- Care for the pullets.

- Able and willing to work around moving machinery.
- Able to stand for 8-12 hours per day.
