As the Food Safety and Quality Manager at Rose Acre Farms, you will lead the execution of food safety and quality programs. As the Food Safety and Quality Manager at Rose Acre Farms, you will lead the execution of food safety and quality programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all FSQ programs are in place for production and storage.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of quality issues and establish corrective actions.
- Conduct food safety and quality audits, including SQF, customer, regulatory, and internal.
- Develop and analyze statistical data to determine standards and propose quality expectancy.
- Manage document review and filing processes.
