The primary responsibility of the Grader Clean-up Laborer is to maintain a clean and sanitized environment in all grader and production areas at Rose Acre Farms. This role requires adherence to Rose Acre's standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our animals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean the Grader Machine and related components.
- Clean the Egg Candling Area.
- Clean the scales, re-wash belt, floors, pans and buckets, etc.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be able to work evening or 2nd shift hours.
- Must be in good physical health, as working conditions require constant movement, bending, turning, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
- Possess excellent teamwork skills.
- Willing to comply with all Rose Acre's employment policies, including working in a 100% smoke-free environment.
- Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect, or breach of bio-security in order to preserve the health and welfare of our birds.
