If so, this is your opportunity to join a company with a legacy of quality and innovation. We are currently hiring for the position of Aircraft Inspector at our Mena, AR facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections including preliminary, in-process (paint & mechanical), hidden damage, receiving/incoming, and final sign-offs.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with manufacturer manuals, tech data sheets, structural repair manuals (SRMs), and FAA-approved data.
- Use IPCs and maintenance manuals to identify parts and assess their airworthiness.
- Evaluate work performed and materials used to ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations and standards.
- Accurately complete and review inspection forms and documentation daily.
- Maintain accurate records for timekeeping and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all aircraft components meet the requirements of 14 CFR Part 43 before return to service.
- Safely operate equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, and manlifts during inspections and maintenance.
- Keep the work environment clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Perform only tasks for which you are properly trained and qualified.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid A&P Mechanic License (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience (Required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements:
- Must have clear vision and hearing
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Capable of climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and standing/walking for extended periods
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- Regularly able to lift/move up to 50 lbs., and push/pull up to 70 lbs.
