What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Custodian position at Rose Aircraft Services?
Rose Aircraft Services, Inc. was founded in 1964 and continues to operate at the Mena Intermountain Airport in Mena, AR. Our company provides genuine “one stop” service for all avionics maintenance, interior, and exterior refurbishments for Private, Corporate, and Government aircraft.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- General cleaning to meet specific standards.
- Sweep, vacuum and mop all office floors.
- Empty trash cans daily.
- Dust hard surfaces.
- Clean bathrooms.
- Clean windows.
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to see and hear clearly
- Ability to read, comprehend and speak English clearly
- Ability to climb, twist, bend, crouch, stoop, kneel and crawl
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions as needed.
- Ability to regularly push/pull up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate low-impact cleaning machinery.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass pre hire and random drug screening.
- Ability to pass a criminal history records check.
- 6 months related experience preferred.
