What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service for Swim Lessons position at Rose Bowl Aquatics Center?
This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Swim Lessons in the overall organization and administration of the Swim Lessons Department. It is also responsible for creating and maintaining good customer relations and member retention with our patrons and for maintaining a safe environment for participants in our swim lesson programs.
Purpose of Job:
- To maintain and develop all aspects of existing swim lesson programs
- Manage an effective enrollment process
- Key focus on providing excellent customer service
- Assist in achieving financial targets
- Ensure that both the environment and instruction is safe and follows current curriculum
