Description
The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center is looking for positive, dedicated individuals to join our front desk customer service staff. Positions available are part-time weekday afternoons and evenings and weekend afternoons. This is an entry level position.
Front Desk Customer Service responsibilities include :
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone with registration.
- Assessing customer needs and providing accurate information accordingly.
- Maintaining and balancing register drawer, including cash, check and credit card transactions.
- Guest check in.
