What are the responsibilities and job description for the NOC Caregiver position at Rose Care Group?
**Looking for both full-time and part-time employees**
We are looking for caring heroes to work the NOC shift at one of our beautiful Elder Care facilities. We have FULL and PART time positions available. All 12 hour shifts - we pay OVERTIME for anything over 8 hours. We have 5 facilities from SLO to AG, you may be asked to work at our other locations, so reliable transportation is a must! (Training is in San Luis Obispo)
EXPERIENCE preferred. We ask that you are CARING, LOVE WORKING with the elderly, takes INITIATIVE, and FLEXIBLE when it comes to your schedule (MUST be willing to work weekends and holidays). Duties include but are not limited to: assisting residents with ADLs (i.e. personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, meals), encouraging residents to join in activities, help maintain cleanliness of residence, laundry, and meal time preparations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Background Check (Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance)
Clear TB Test and Physical
COVID Vaccination Record
Proficient in English
CPR/First Aid Certification
Salary : $16 - $20
