Salary : $17-$20 per Hour DOE
This position will be required to travel between our locations in San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande. Must have reliable transportation.
Job Summary :
The Rose Care Group is looking for a responsible and professional individual to fill a receptionist position. The receptionist is responsible for providing quality customer service, being an assistant to the office manager, and must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Responsibilities :
Duties include, but are not limited to :
Scheduling resident appointments
Preparing prospective resident contracts
Communicating efficiently between family members, residents, third parties and management
Updating resident care plans and paperwork using knowledge of licensing forms
Gaining knowledge of the facility and CA state licensing for RCFE's in order to conduct tours of facility
Understanding how to interact with the elderly and those with cognitive impairment (Dementia training is provided)
Answer and conduct customer service when handling phone calls
Answering the gate phone and greeting visitors-Directing calls and questions to the proper departments
Job Requirements :
Reliable transportation as position requires availability at multiple locations (San Luis Obispo to Arroyo Grande)
Proficient technological and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clear Background Check (DOJ Fingerprinting)-Clear Health Screening and Negative TB
Qualifications :
US work authorization (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
3 years of experience with customer service (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
This position requires a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and must be flexible to work holidays.
