Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
• Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food handling and sanitation standards.
• Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments through the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables promptly and efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation guidelines.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques is an advantage.
• Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
