Position Details:
- Schedule: We generally work during off-business hours, including late-night, overnight, and early-morning shifts. However, certain locations may offer flexibility for great candidates who need daytime hours.
- Additional Hours: Opportunity for extra hours through deep cleaning projects around Monroe County.
- Pay: $16-$18/hr, Weekly pay, with paid training available.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Follow our instructions to perform various tasks to maintain the restaurant's front-of-house cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Heavy Lifting: Empty trash bins and carry mop buckets during cleaning.
- Attention to Detail: Inspect your work at the end of your shift to ensure the restaurant is spotless.
- Documentation: Take before and after photos of your work to track progress and maintain high standards.
- Communication: Report any maintenance or repair needs to the cleaning manager.
Requirements:
- Reliability is Key: You MUST have a reliable vehicle, a working phone, and a valid driver’s license. Punctuality, attendance, and responsiveness are crucial.
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Independence & Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Time Management: Efficiently complete tasks within the allocated shift time.
