Server/Bartender (Lunch)

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while showcasing your bartending expertise.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and assistance to enhance their experience.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, utilizing retail math skills as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, including catering events.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
• Uphold high standards of customer service in both fine dining and nightclub settings.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to help guests feel welcome and valued.
• Familiarity with catering services is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• A passion for the hospitality industry, with an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

Pay: $22.97 - $25.02 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
