Warehouse Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks that support the efficient operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and order fulfillment, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock management duties including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Execute timely staging and loading of construction materials.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials as required, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels and product locations.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in inventory control measures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team setting.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and safety awareness within the workplace.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
