Rose Financial Solutions (ROSE®) is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist who is passionate about great client experience from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. The ideal candidates have the aptitude for creating a seamless client experience and a passion for supporting client relations. Candidates should be able to contribute to collaborative teamwork, proactively seeking clarification and feedback from internal and external partners. Candidates should be able to thrive while meeting deadlines, enjoy challenges and aspire to continually grow with the company.
Your responsibilities will include : Full cycle client relations from onboarding throughout the entire client lifecycle, and maintaining client contacts and roles to ensure continued information security, project managing and resolution of client issues by monitoring requests , communicating internally with teams and externally with clients to ensure smooth onboarding of clients to all applicable systems, creating and maintaining documentation and reporting, create and maintain project plans for client to include timelines, coordinating and running meetings with internal and external teams to ensure proper progress and receive status updates, and any ad hoc duties as necessary.
