What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Rose Foods?
We're looking for a hard-working and creative baker to join our team! We offer a fun and focused work environment that prides itself in serving the best food to our community.
Responsibilities include:
-Daily baking and production of bagels and specials for the next day, and daily/monthly cleaning for the bakery and kitchen.
- High quality standards and attention to detail
- Experience in kitchens or bakeries is preferred, but not required.
-Great importance placed on maturity, clear communication and reliability
-Full-time hours are available (currently Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays and Saturday), and daily hours span from early morning, to afternoon. Typical shifts look like 3:30am - 12pm, 4:30am - 12:00pm, or 6:30am - 2:00pm .
-Schedule is flexible but consistent. Must be willing to work at least one weekend day.
Must be about to comfortable lifting 50 pounds repeatedly, bending, kneeling, and being on your feet for most of your scheduled shift.
