Job Description: We are seeking versatile individuals with backgrounds in bartending and/or barista skills to join our team at Rose Garden Market & Co. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and promoting our mission-driven approach to community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multidisciplinary Skills: Support and learn bartending, coffee, and food operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
