What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Staff (Every Other Weekend) position at Rose Garden Recovery Community?
Every other weekend. This shift schedule has OPTIONS:
We have hours available Saturday and Sunday between 8:30am-10pm on Saturday and 8:30am-9:00pm on Sunday. If you take all the hours, it is 26.5 hrs for the weekend.
There is also potential for more hours on the alternate Sunday from 5-9 pm, but this is not a requirement for the position.
Our current staff works those hours on the alternating weekend and loves it, but the shift has proven hard to fill. Due to this, we are open to shorter 4, 6, or 8 hr shifts. We are also open to shifts that span one long day per weekend, but not both days.
*2 years of sobriety is required if you have your own recovery story*
This is such a fun shift! You will attend activities like graduation parties, shopping excursions, family visits, or sober events like bowling and going to the lake.
