What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Planning Attorney position at Rose Harper Law, LLC?
We are seeking a knowledgeable, hard working and caring Estate Planning attorney to join our growing team. If you are an experienced EP attorney looking for a change, perhaps you desire to work fully remote, have more of a work life balance and only work part time, or, in the alternative, perhaps you want a position with a growing law firm where you can possibly manage a group of attorneys in the future. Either way, we want to connect with you.
We are hoping to build a long term relationship and are willing to explore options that make that possible for the right person. If you are licensed in New Jersey but had to move out of state for example and need to be fully remote, but you'll be a rockstar on our team, we want to hear from you.
Depending upon part time or full time, and the career track, KPI's will be set and tracked.
You should excel at being able to listen to people, understand what their concerns are and be able to effectively address those concerns turning prospects into clients. You must care deeply about people, wanting to genuinely help them to protect the people they love and the assets they have worked so hard to acquire through Estate Planning. All employees of Rose Harper Law conduct themselves in a professional and kind manner at all times. We provide an incredibly powerful service at a great value.
As our case load continues to grow, we will be growing the Estate Planning team with paralegals and client service coordinators. At Rose Harper Law, our team members are self-reflective and motivated. You will be expected to identify areas where you can improve and proactively seek out opportunities to improve.
Must be tech savvy and willing to learn our CRM and other various platforms that we use. Must be willing to collaborate with Operations and Marketing. We are a rapidly growing firm.
Responsibilities

- Ability to conduct confidential/private client meetings virtually.
- Ability to handle clients from initial consultation through binder delivery including design planning session, review of documents, signing meeting and drafting.
- Ability to work well with paralegals, client services coordinators and all team members.
