Rehabilitation Service Tech (Rehab Assistant)

We are seeking Rehabilitation Assistant to assist a multi-disciplinary team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists with patient care and exercises, as well as assist office staff with scheduling of patients, filing, answering phones, cleaning treatments rooms, cleaning for closing clinic, and more. This position will contribute to the care of patients by completing non-patient care duties under the direction and supervision of the department staff, as directed. In addition, the position may require performance of general department maintenance and maintain inventory of department equipment, linen, and supplies. Ideally, candidates should possess an interest and/or background in the movement and science of exercise, as well as a working knowledge of computers and customer service.
Schedule: Full-time
Qualification:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution.
- Licensure/Certification: Obtain AHA BLS within 60 days of employment (offered at LHD).
- Excellent customer service
Skills and Abilities:
- Have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Housekeeping
- Maintenance preferred.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office/Outlook (preferred)
- The ability to multitask.
